The 2025 PFDA Mid-Winter Management Conference is taking place at the Fairmont Pittsburgh, a modern luxury hotel near cobblestone Market Square, offering a lively dining scene and seasonal markets.

Please note: 2025 Mid-Winter Management Conference attendees, excluding Board Members, are responsible for making their own overnight room reservations directly with the hotel

After the cut-off date of January 31, 2025, any reservation made after that time will be at the prevailing hotel rate. The discounted rate will no longer be available.
