eVitals Update
Dear Members,
The following message was just received from the staff responsible for handling our eVitals accounts. Please be sure you are not searching for eVitals and selecting a beta site because this will cause you problems when trying to access your account.
Hi Adam,
It was just brought to my attention that when googling eVitals, a beta environment comes up as the first result. Can you please send this to folks and let them know to NOT google the eVitals login page? Below is a screenshot showing the beta environment. I don’t know if people who’ve been having issues logging in have googled and bookmarked this site by mistake, but if you could just pass this on to not google eVitals and make sure that folks are using http://evitals.health.pa.gov
The Department of Health staff responsible for managing the eVitals system has also sent the following communication regarding processing times.
Electronic reports of death that are complete and accurate at the time of submission are currently being registered within 11 days. RA-DHDEATHREG@pa.gov.
Electronic death amendments that are complete and accurate at the time of submission are currently being completed within 10 days. RA-DHDeathAmend@pa.gov.
PFDA will continue to share updates as we receive them.
